After the normal operation and acceptance of TK series products, our company (agent) is responsible for providing maintenance and operation training on site for users, without personnel restrictions.

In addition to the manufacturer’s after-sales service commitments, our company promises to provide a one-year (12 months) warranty for the whole equipment. Where the equipment fails and we receive your call for repair or on operation trouble, our company’s agent will make response within 2 hours, and will contact the user within 12 hours to solve the product failure.
Technical supporting personnel are on duty all day and pay regular return visits: the company’s agents will conduct regular call to users to detect and eliminate hidden fault sources of equipment, and will ask the relevant person in charge of the user to fill in the inspection feedback sheet.

Note: The warranty period of the whole battery is 6 months
The whole machine: free replacement and maintenance during the warranty period: including but not limited to motors, gears, LCD screens, wiring harnesses, light strips, emergency stop buttons, aviation plugs, remote controls, chargers, switches, whole machine shells, handles, connectors, lifting mechanisms; (repair with purchase invoice and warranty card)
