Product acceptance, installation and commissioning
  1. Our company tests all the hardware and software of the whole machine in accordance with the requirements of the contract;
  2. Our company provides detailed technical training to after-sales agents.
Agent after-sales technical training

After the normal operation and acceptance of TK series products, our company (agent) is responsible for providing maintenance and operation training on site for users, without personnel restrictions.

 

The training covers:

  1. Knowledge of the correct operation and use of TK series products;
  2. Primary failures Identifying methods and necessary recovery methods;
  3. Common troubleshooting methods.
Commitment to product quality
  1. Both manufacturing and testing of products have quality records and testing data.
  2. Strictly control the testing of product performance, and ship and install the product only it passes testing successfully.
After-sales service system and maintenance plan

In addition to the manufacturer’s after-sales service commitments, our company promises to provide a one-year (12 months) warranty for the whole equipment. Where the equipment fails and we receive your call for repair or on operation trouble, our company’s agent will make response  within 2 hours, and will contact the user within 12 hours to solve the product failure.

 

Technical supporting personnel are on duty all day and pay regular return visits: the company’s agents will conduct regular call to users to detect and eliminate hidden fault sources of equipment, and will ask the relevant person in charge of the user to fill in the inspection feedback sheet.

 

In case of any trouble or question, please call the manufacturer’s complaint hotline at +86-0631-5687399 to for us to investigate and resolve it in a timely manner.

Accompanying services and warranty
  1. A complete set of technical information is provided together with the product: including manual, warranty card, etc.
  2. All spare parts we may install during the quality warranty period are produced by the original equipment manufacturer or approved by it.
  3. The warranty (free maintenance) period is calculated from the invoice date, and the warranty period is one year.

Note: The warranty period of the whole battery is 6 months

  1. During the warranty period, it will be guaranteed by our company’s manufacturer, and we will not prevaricate or imply that you contact the manufacturer for any reason.
  2. Product delivery time: We work hard to meet the requirements of users. If there are special requirements and need to be completed in advance, our company can organize customerized production and installation, so as to meet the needs of users.
After-sales repair coverage

The whole machine: free replacement and maintenance during the warranty period: including but not limited to motors, gears, LCD screens, wiring harnesses, light strips, emergency stop buttons, aviation plugs, remote controls, chargers, switches, whole machine shells, handles, connectors, lifting mechanisms; (repair with purchase invoice and warranty card)

 

Note:

  1. During the warranty period, the machine with 3 times of natural failure in the motor, controller, battery, drive systemor gear can be replaced.
  2. With the warranty card or purchase invoice, return to the factory shall be deemed as three times of stamped repair;
  3. If the remote control is lost, the machine needs to be returned to the factory for matching;
  4. Card ball head connector has man-made damage or is damaged due to abnormal overload, impact, etc.: it is not within the scope of the warranty, and customers shall purchase it separately.
